Why Your UK Terminal Blocks Need End Covers
A D-UK end plate is a small part that solves three real problems on a DIN rail assembly:
- Electrical safety – the insulating baffle increases creepage and clearance at the last terminal in the group, so exposed metal edges are no longer a shock or short-circuit risk.
- Mechanical security – it clamps the outermost terminal so blocks cannot slide sideways on the DIN35 rail under vibration.
- Protection – shields the open side of the terminal group from dust, debris and accidental contact during maintenance.

Snap-On Installation in Seconds
No tools are required – push the end plate onto the open side of the terminal group until it clicks into place on the rail. For safety and tidiness we recommend fitting one end cover at each end of every terminal group, and additional baffles between groups that carry different circuits.
